During this past month, the last report on the Detention Conditions Monitoring, as well as the subsequent certification of the CEIPA juvenile detention center in Mexico City were carried out. 8 areas were evaluated at this detention center and the results will be presented to authorities, staff and stakeholders.

The areas that were reviewed are the following: Entrance and admission, access to the outside, physical and mental health, training and supervision of employees, individualized activity plan, environment, safety and security measures.

We extend our gratitude to the team of expert volunteers for their commitment throughout this project.
