JJAI is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Donor Relations & Development Associate to help grow and strengthen our community of donors and supporters. This part-time, primarily remote position (20 hours/week, $26–$30/hour) is based in the Twin Cities and is ideal for an outgoing, organized relationship-builder; prior fundraising experience is welcome but not required.
