From the 9th to the 13th of August, the second section of the course “Basic Tools for Juvenile Detention Centers” was held. During this course various actors who intervene in the juvenile justice system participated, such as detention center director, probation supervisors, as well as civil society organizations that provide services for youth in the juvenile justice system.
This section covered topics on the prevention of torture, prevention of corruption, responsibilities of public servants, and authorities that monitor its compliance.
