Assessment App Login
Use the email and password supplied by your Assessment Team Leader to access the Facility Assessment Web-based App.
Reporting and Data Analysis
Users authorized by their Team Leader can access the reporting results for your Facility Assessment. This includes reviewing the work of the Assessment Team, including notes, and summary data and graphs of the results.
