If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account, based on the basic permissions you authorize.

Application data: if you apply to an open call, we collect your institution’s details, contact information, components of interest, your motivation, your answers to the Implementation Conditions Assessment questionnaire, and the supporting letter you upload.

Training data: we record your progress, activity, and interaction with the courses available on the platform.

Resource downloads: when downloading certain public documents, we ask for your name, email, country, and optionally your institution.

Communications: we keep the questions you send us and our responses.

Technical data: we collect usage logs, session data, and technical information necessary for the operation and security of the platform.

We use information to: create and manage your account; provide access to resources, courses, and applications; manage open calls and applications; respond to your inquiries; send you service-related communications and reminders; improve and maintain the security of the platform; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Authentication and sign-in (including Google sign-in).

• Delivery of transactional emails and notifications.

• Online course and training platform.

• Artificial intelligence services used by administrative staff to process planning documents.
